Greenlane Holdings, Inc., a global seller of premium cannabis accessories and vaporization products, announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Greentank Technologies. Under the agreement, Greenlane will become a major distributor of Greentank’s cartridges and vaporizers in the United States .
Greentank Technologies, based in Toronto, Canada, is known for its cutting-edge aerosolization technology. The company’s Quantum Chip has been recognized with the “Most Promising Innovation” award at the 2024 Global Tobacco and Nicotine Forum in Athens, Greece . The technology aims to provide a superior vaping experience by focusing on precision, safety, and performance.
Barbara Sher, CEO of Greenlane, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are excited about Greentank joining our distribution network, as we are aligned on the future growth potential of innovative vaping products in the U.S.,” she said. “Greenlane’s best-in-class sales and marketing capability is uniquely positioned to deliver the most effective route-to-market for Greentank, and I am confident we can drive continued growth for their portfolio of products across the U.S.”
Greentank is the only vape manufacturer with a Health Canada Research license. The license allows the company to conduct in-house testing and prototyping, ensuring high standards of safety and performance in their products . Its semi-automated chip manufacturing and R&D facility further supports their commitment to innovation.
Greentank’s Quantum Vape offers vapers a more consistent user experience while lowering the risk of creating undesirable compounds during the heating process. In many currently available vapes, the flavor tends to wane as the pod empties. In tests, the Quantum Vape technology delivered 1,000 puffs with virtually unchanged flavor intensity.
According to President and Chief Operating Officer Corey Koffler, Greentank was able to achieve this through “cleanroom chip manufacturing technology combined with physics at nanoscale.” Instead of relying on wicks and coils or ceramics, Quantum Vape comprises thousands of microscopic heating tubes on a chip.
The system allows Greentank to precisely control both the location and the duration of the heating, thus eliminating hot spots and avoiding the risk of negative chemical reactions.
The strategic partnership is expected to strengthen Greenlane’s product offerings and expand its market reach in the rapidly growing vaping industry, according to a press note.
