Universal Corporation has announced the appointment of Tatiana Santos Godoi as Chief Human Resources Officer. Godoi brings more than two decades of international human resources leadership experience across North America, Latin America, and global corporate functions.

Before joining Universal, Godoi was Vice President of Human Resources – North America at Kerry, Inc., overseeing HR for 50 locations across the U.S. and Canada, supporting an estimated 6,000 employees. She previously held senior leadership positions at Kerry Latin America, Mars Incorporated, Newell Rubbermaid, Villares Metals, and Laticínios Bom Gosto.

At Universal Corporation, Godoi will manage all aspects of global human resources, including talent strategy, employee development and succession, organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation.

Godoi holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Post-MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a degree in Group Dynamics from SBDG, a specialization in HR Strategic Management from UNISINOS, and a degree in Business Administration from UFRGS.
