Universal Corporation, a global business-to-business agriproducts company, said its board has declared a $0.82 per share quarterly dividend, payable May 4, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2026.
The announcement comes just a few days before Universal releases results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2026 before the market opens on Feb. 9, followed by a webcast conference call later that day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The business-to-business agriproducts company said the call will be available on a listen-only basis through its website, http://www.universalcorp.com.
