Universal Corporation will release its fiscal year 2026 financial results after the market closes on May 28, with a conference call and webcast the following morning.
The Richmond, Virginia-based company said it will host the webcast on May 29 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Universal said the call will be available in listen-only mode on the company’s investor relations website, with a replay available through Aug. 29.
The company also announced a telephone replay option available through June 12.
Universal is the world’s largest leaf tobacco merchant and processor, supplying tobacco to major global manufacturers while increasingly expanding into plant-based ingredients and food sectors through its ingredients division.
Investors and nicotine industry stakeholders will likely focus on updates on global leaf supply conditions, tobacco crop quality, pricing trends, and the broader impact of geopolitical uncertainty on agricultural markets.
The earnings report also comes as Universal continues to push its long-term diversification strategy beyond tobacco.
